It’s much better than the previous EBO SE series: more intelligent and autonomous, and it feels like having a pet. It’s still expensive, but if you enjoy this kind of gadget, you’ll probably like it. I hope more AI features will be added in the near future.
I like it better than both its predecessors ebo x and air 2 plus. Only the battery life is a bit short.
We recently purchased this home robot as a birthday surprise for my daughter who lives abroad and misses home very much. The surprise was extremely welcomed, and overall we are very happy and satisfied with the product.
The robot itself is wonderful and brings a comforting presence to our family. However, the setup process was much more complicated than expected. We really wish the instruction manual and setup videos were more explanatory and easier to follow.
In addition, despite completing the setup process fully, the robot still does not receive commands through Alexa, which has been very disappointing.
Even with these issues, we are still pleased with the purchase and happy we chose it as such a meaningful gift for my daughter.
This has been the best camera system I could ever have. I use it to check on my dogs during the day and my sick wife. Has been a real life saver. This is my second one by the way.
